Brewing Guide for Viva Scandinavia Teapots

  1. Choose Loose-Leaf Tea: For the best flavor, use high-quality loose-leaf tea. 
  1. Water Temperature Guide: 
  1. Green Tea: 75-85°C (167-185°F) 
  1. Black Tea: 90-100°C (194-212°F) 
  1. Herbal Tea: 95-100°C (203-212°F) 
  1. Steeping Time: 
  1. Green Tea: 2-3 minutes 
  1. Black Tea: 3-5 minutes 
  1. Herbal Tea: 5-7 minutes 
  1. Use a Strainer: Viva Scandinavia teapots come with fine-mesh strainers to prevent tea leaves from escaping. 
  1. Serve and Enjoy: Pour and enjoy immediately to prevent over-extraction.
